Infographic Submission & Guidelines

Are you a creative designer passionate about transforming complex data into engaging visuals? If so, we invite you to create an infographic on any topic related to airway management.

Please carefully review the full submission guidelines before submitting. APSS ROBAC 2025 reserves the right to modify the rules or cancel the contest if deemed necessary.

INFOGRAPHIC SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

• Infographic must be submitted online via the symposium website. Infographic submitted by fax, email, or post will NOT be accepted.
• Infographic must be submitted by 15 April 2025. The online submission system will close at 2359 GMT+8 on this day.
• Please do not submit multiple copies of the same infographic.
• Infographic submitted previously to other congresses will not be accepted.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION OF DECISION

• After submitting your infographic, you will receive an email confirmation that your infographic has been received.
• Please contact the Secretariat at abstract@apssregional.com if you have submitted an infographic and did not receive an email acknowledgement.

PRESENTATION AT THE CONGRESS

• Instructions for preparation of infographic display will be sent together with acceptance notification.
• Presenting author must register for the Symposium and pay the registration fee.
• Infographic presenter need to register by the registration deadline for inclusion in the symposium.

PREPARING YOUR INFOGRAPHIC FOR SUBMISSION

The infographic should be as informative as possible and include the following details:

• The infographic must meet the following specifications:
  • Infographic title – Limited to 25 words
  • Infographic description – Limited to 300 words
  • Infographic topic – topic must be chosen from a specific theme listed in the Scientific Programme
• Your infographic should be original, reflecting your personal creativity, while also being visually appealing and captivating to the audience.
• Any images used should be cited (Creative commons, public domain, or personally taken/designed).
• All infographics must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication.
• Please note that infographics must be SUBMITTED before the deadline to be sent for review for inclusion in APSS ROBAC 2025.

GUIDE TO INFOGRAPHIC SUBMISSION

• File formats and size limitations:
  • Files must be in digital format with dimensions of at least 1024×1024 pixels, limited to one page/image.
  • Files should be less than 15 megabytes in size.
  • Images must be in digital format and meet specific technical requirements, such as being in PDF or JPEG format.
  • Include your name and contact information on the image.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO PUBLICATION AND ASSIGNATION OF COPYRIGHT

Please take note of the following terms:

• Submitted infographic cannot be modified or corrected after final submission. Accepted infographic will be published exactly as submitted. Please ensure all information is correct at the point of submission.
• Submission of infographic constitutes your consent for publication (e.g., Symposium website, programmes, other promotions, etc.)
• The Infographic Submitter warrants and represents that he/she is the owner or has the rights of all the information and content (“Content”) provided to APSS ROBAC 2025 and Kenes MP Asia (Hereafter: “The Organisers”). The publication of the infographic does not infringe any third-party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights.
• The Infographic Submitter grants the Organisers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, distribute, and display of the Content.
• The Organisers reserve the right to remove any publication of an infographic which does not comply with the above terms.
