For Local Delegates

• By Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • MP Events (M) Sdn Bhd acts on behalf of the APSS-ROBAC 2025 to handle fee collection, the invoice will reflect MP Singapore Pte Ltd for Local delegates.
  • All credit card charges will be made by the merchant’s name, MP Events (M) Sdn Bhd for Local delegates.
• By Telegraphic/Bank Transfer
  • An additional MYR 30 bank charge will be applied
    • Please ensure that the participant’s invoice number (e.g. APSROBACLOC000001) is stated on the transaction draft.
    • Bank charges are the payer’s responsibility and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

• • Attendees must provide proof of payment by attaching the payment remittance following the registration fee payment to registration@apssregional.com.
  • An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. Confirmation of registration will be granted only after the registration department validates the complete payment. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees are not credited to the bank account on time.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

• Registered delegates who are unable to attend may send an alternate i.e. one-for-one substitution at no extra charge. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Symposium Registration Secretariat before 31 May 25.
• Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subjected to a processing fee of SGD 50.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registered delegates who are unable to attend may send an alternate i.e. one-for-one substitution at no extra charge. Substitution request must be submitted in writing to the Conference Registration Secretariat before 31 May 2025.
• Substitution requests received after the deadline will be subjected to a processing fee of SGD 50.
• Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be entertained, and is chargeable, including No-Shows. No refund of any type will be provided for paid registration.
• Any fees charged, 5% surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards, will not be refunded.
• Bank transfer admission fee (USD 25) will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.
• All approved refunds will be made within two months after the Conference is held.
